No Power Auto ON/OFF Lifting Magnet
The Auto ON/OFF Lifting Magnet(DPL-AU, DPL-TAU, DPL-AUT) is a device that absorbs and transports steel plates by hanging on a crane or forklift with no electricity and is designed to to automatically turn the magnetic force ON/OFF without the driver operating the lever.
- It is a permanent magnet that does not require electricity or battery power.
- The power automatically turns on by lowering the crane on the steel plate, placing the magnet, and raising the crane.
- The power automatically turns off after the steel plate is moved to the destination and the crane is lowered.
- No malfunction during ON/OFF, and long distance operation is possible.
- The DPL-AU type uses 1 magnet and the DPL-TAU type uses 2 magnets together. Also, there are DPL-AUT models that attach magnets to several beams and use them without power failure compensation when transporting large steel plates.
- Can be mounted on forklift without electricity

Usage Precautions
The absorption force of the lifting magnet depends on the steel plate thickness, gap between the plate and the absorbing surface, plate roughness and texture.
- Suction Capacity by thickness of steel plate
If he plate is thin as shown on the figure or if there is deflection due to a long length, the suction capacity decreases sharply.
- Suction capacity along the gap between the magnet surface and steel plate surface
If a gap between the plate surface and the magnet surface appears due to foreign matter or rust, the suction capacity decreases sharply. Gap between the magnet surface and steel plate surface
